How To Book A Car

If you want to book a car in advance, here are the things you need to do.

• You can make your booking request via J3 Tawau Car Rental Online Booking Form or by Whatsapp Booking Alternatively, you may also call/sms/whatsapp us at 014-9669-359 or 011-3966-3963 to check the availability of the car that you need. 

• We will notify you if the car is available (or not). To proceed with your bookings, please send us a copy of IC and valid driving license to our email at j3trader@gmail.com

• After sending us the copy of your IC and drivers licence please bank in RM100 deposit to our current bank account:

Bank : AmBank

Account Holder : J 3 Trade Enterprise

Account Number : 207-202-200-6938

• Send us the the reference number of your transaction via sms/whatsapp/email after you have bank-in the deposit.

• The deposit will be given back to you after you have returned the car in good condition, no damages, no missing parts/accessories and with no defaults in summons etc.

• Don't worry if you don't have an account at AmBank. Ambank accepts fund transfer from any bank in Malaysia. Interbanking transfer charges fee is only RM0.10.  If your transaction status is "pending for approval" don't worry. As long as you give us your transaction reference number, we will immediately reserve a car for you ;)

**READ THIS CAREFULLY**

* If you cancel your bookings less than 36 hour before the confirmed booking date, you will be penalized. We will only return 20% of your deposit upon cancellation.

** Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before car delivery.
